Finally Organized!

This weekend I finally took the time to sort my papers into a better filing system.  I have one for my 12 x 12 DSP (Designer Series Papers) and one for my 8 1/2 x 11 card stock.  I still need more of the plastic tab holders to put my tabs into, but I'll get those this week if I get a chance to find them.  Saw some on Saturday, but they were too short.

For now, I have them sorted by color families, but not sure I won't change it around a bit.  Excuse the post it notes until I get more tab holders.  LOL

I love the top of the big 12 x 12 box, it has a little storage area for some of my pieces and parts.

Get Whale Card

Well, since Rebecca managed to break her ankle, it gave me a chance to play with my newest stamp set Pun Fun (#115054) using the Whale Stamp for "Get Whale Soon".  The other card shows a broken leg in a cast and I stamped the cast with little stamps from Tote-ally Tess (#117076).  I think she'll get a big kick out of it!  Well, no kicking allowed with the cast of course... hehe.

She even has painted toenails... so pretty!  LOL

Thanks for Peeking In~  Donna

I'm Ready For Sunday's Swap

I can't believe it myself!  I have my 3D project done (except for adding the treats to go inside) and I got my cards done.  It's amazing beyond belief.  Normally I'd still be scrambling on Sunday morning to put the finishing touches on.  Yay!  I did realize however when I was resizing them to post here, that I used the phrase on both items, but oh well.

Thank you for looking in.  Hope you have a great weekend!  It's almost here, just ONE more day!

I'm ahead for a change...

Our team meeting is this next Sunday and I'm actually ahead of schedule making the swaps this time.  Amazing.  I worked on the 3D one yesterday and I'm really pleased how it's coming out.  I don't have a way here to edit and crop the picture so you get all the background stuff too.  LOL

It's made with an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper, a scoring tool, and scissors.  VERY easy to make.  I got it from Splitcoast Stampers (of course!) under Gable Boxes

It's very cute!

Thanks for looking.

More Pictures of the Baby Book

This was so much fun, playing with pictures again.  I was stressing a bit because I much prefer making pages with pictures instead of blanks and I just didn't have a lot of pictures to play with.

Here's Grandma Vicki with Ryder at the hospital and below this one is her today feeding him.  After she fed him, I held him for at least an hour and half and it was soooooo nice!

Scrapbooking Again...

I haven't had much chance to actually scrapbook lately, but a dear friend of mine just became a Grandma and I just had to make a book for the new family.  Here are some of the pictures of the pages.

Because I Care - Hostess Set

I really LOVE this stamp!  This is a Hostess Set - "Because I Care" from the 2010-11 Idea Book and Catalog.  I'd tried stamping it an coloring it but wasn't happy with how it came out so then I grabbed my Stampin' Spots and inked with Lavendar Lace and Certainly Celery.  I was thrilled how well it came out and pleased that I was able to ink it without overlapping the colors.  Yay Me.  LOL

Other supplies and stamps include:  Thoughts and Prayers (inside) Teeny Tiny Wishes, Modern Label punch, Scallop Oval punch and Wide Oval Punch.

Thank you for looking.

Donna
