I'm In Love With Hey Chick!

Hopefully you aren't getting tired of these cute Sale-a-Bration stamps, because I just love them and can't get enough of them!

Recipe:

Cherry Cobbler - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Basic Black - 5 1/4" x 4"
Pop of Pink Designer Series Paper - 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"
Whisper White - die cut with the largest Stitched Shapes framlits
Cherry Cobbler - die cut with the largest Layering Circles Scallop

My apologies on this one with the ribbon.  It was the only Cherry Cobbler I had and it is from the 2016 Holiday Catalog.  So, if you have some, yay!  If not, you can use the burlap ribbon as on the card below.

Inside - I couldn't resist adding the Phyllis chicken in the corner to peek in.  She's just too cute!

This little hen didn't need much color, so sche could match her background.  I just used watercolor pencils to add red to her head and her feet and a little gray to give some shadows.

Inside I added some of the dotted paper to carry it from the outside.

Thank you for looking in today!  Tonight is our Team Meeting, so if you don't see a post from me on Tuesday morning, that will be why.  Our meetings have moved a little farther away, so it takes longer to get home, but I'm totally enjoying the drive.  It gives me quiet time alone!

Happy Monday!

Building My Stash

Working on my birthday card stash some more today.  While this may look the same as yesterday's cards, if you look closely, the measurements are different for the DSP on the left especially.

Did you notice the fun party hat?  Cute  Party Animal Embellishments come in a party hat and a balloon.  So fun!

Recipe:

Tangerine Tango - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Whisper White - 5 1/4" x 4"
Party Animal Designer Series Paper - 5" x 2 1/2"
Crumb Cake - 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" (2nd card - Emerald Envy)
Whisper White - cut with the largest circle from Stitched Shapes

Notice that the DSP is not flush with the Whisper White like yesterday's card, so move it in a bit from the side and center it between the top and bottom.

I stamped the outside with Pacific Point and inside with Emerald Envy.  Both colors coordinate with the DSP colors.

To make the fun candles inside, I used the new Candle Border Punch!

Thank you for looking in today!  Have a Blessed Sunday!
