New Thicker Card Stock

Have you checked out the Whisper White Thick Cardstock yet?  This is 100 pound card stock that works great for cards like today's project.  We still have our regular Whisper White and it's great for cards, no changes there, but this thicker card stock holds up stronger when you don't have layers to make the card thicker.

From the front, there isn't a visual difference, however from the inside you can see that one is a little harder to see through than the other.

Now for today's recipe:

Whisper White - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
Stamps:  Remembering Your Birthday
Ink:  Real Red and Bermuda Bay
Stars Framelits
Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack
Card Stock:  Pick Your Favorites

A little tip that I will use next time, would be to punch the little star first and then place the cardstock onto the magnetic plate and then place the two smallest star framelits over the top of the punched star.

Trying to line up the punch while holding the smallest star cut with the framelit was difficult at best!

I also added some gold sequins to this one.  You could dress yours up with any bling you'd like.

Thank you for looking in today.  If you'd like to try the new thicker cardstock, please click on the list below to go to my store!
