Artistic Thanks

So sorry for missing a post yesterday.  It was finally time for us to get our taxes done and when we got home I still had a workshop box to open and sort.  I love going through all the goodies to see what everyone purchased.

PLUS, I still needed to make my thank you notes for the girls.

Here they are - fun and simple.

Recipe:

Tip Top Taupe - 6" x 3", scored and folded at 3"
Basic Black - 2 7/8" x 2 7/8"
Very Vanilla - 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"

Stamps: Awesomely Artistic, Endless Thanks
Ink:  Tip Top Taupe

I began by stamping the dragonfly, so that I knew it would fit within the flowers and leaves and then stamped the corners with the flowers / leaves stamps.

The "thanks" is from Endless Thanks and is just such a pretty handwritten font.

Thank you for looking in today.  Have a Happy Saturday!  ~ Donna

  1. I like your cards! Is the card part the taupe too or a darker color? Whatever, it looks good! They took out the lens on the left side of my glasses after surgery so this is sort of a challenge to type. Still a little swelling a little bruising on the eye lid and check but not too much.

  2. The top of the card is Very Vanilla, but the ink is Tip Top Taupe.

Hey, my lens fell out of my glasses the other morning going to work, so I understand! LOL Thankfully I have a little screwdriver kit at work and a spare pair of reading glasses so I could fix them.
