Best Fishes Best Snacks

I am SO excited to share this today.  I haven't seen anyone do this yet and when I came up with the idea I was just so excited.  Now here it is and we'll be making them at our workshop today (Saturday).

Begin by cutting two from the Popcorn Box Thinlits.  You can get two of them out of a half sheet of cardstock just perfectly.  Simply lay the straight edge along the edge of your 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" card stock and run it through the Big Shot.  Then flip it around and do the same thing on the other side.

Cut a circle in the middle with Layering Circles Framelits.

Stamp bubbles from Playful Backgrounds.  I used Soft Sky cardstock and Bermuda Bay Ink (to match my Bermuda Bay 1/8" Stitched Ribbon)

Score on all score lines and add Tear and Tape to the thin scored strip.  (I'm sorry, I forgot to take a picture of that.)

I cut a piece of Window Sheet 2 1/2" x 2 1/2".  This will be a little bit too big, but you will be able to see exactly where to trim.

Lay window sheet as shown below and attach with a piece of Tear and Tape.

Trim the excess window sheet off at the fold.

Assemble the box with Tear and Tape, fill a bag with gold fish crackers and place inside.

Stamp and die cut the pretty goldfish from Jar of Love and place it on the window on the outside with a Stampin' Dimensional.

 FUN!!!

Thank you for looking in today!  Happy Saturday!  ~Donna

  1. Now this is fun. I have not seen anyone do this yet. I love the little goldfish crackers as the treat. I must have worn out my exclamation mark on the keyboard as it doesn't work. Anyway, this is one fun project and I love it.

    1. Sounds like it is time for a new keyboard. I hate when the keys don't work. Ack!!!

The girls loved this at the workshop. We all wish it was a little bigger, but we all love it anyway!
