Balloon Adventures Sneak Peak #1

While this set used is from Balloon Adventures from the upcoming Occasions Catalog (just a little over a week away!), there are no balloons in this particular card.  There are some great balloons though in this set and in the Pop-Up Thinlits that go with it.

Recipe:

Emerald Envy 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Pacific Point 5 1/4" x 4"
Party Animal Designer Series Paper 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"

Party Animal Designer Series Paper 5 1/8" x 2"
Pacific Point - 5 1/4" x 2 1/8"

For the sentiment - I used two different sizes.  I think I'd rather use the largest sizes instead, but I used the next two down from the largest for my two.

Inside sentiment is also from Balloon Adventures.  There are some great sentiments in this set.  I can hardly wait for you to get your hands on them.  More to come this week as I play with them.

Thank you for looking in today!  It is going to be a rough week for me as I only have four more days with two of the greatest ladies I know as they are both retiring at the end of the week / year.  It is going to be so sad without them at our office next Tuesday (January 3rd).

Happy Last Tuesday of 2016...

  1. I really like the paper with the presents on it. Interesting with all the different font sizes. It is so hard for me to put down my Christmas sets. I had a great time the last week using the gingerbread man and the reindeer out of the Cookie Cutter Christmas and then the moose from the Jolly whatever with the hat. I made the Christmas Cod from the Fa-la-la Friends set for Pam who sent it to her cousin in CT and they both laughed so much about it. Well, gotta get going. Sorry that both ladies are retiring ...... are they moving too or will they be by for lunch now and then?

  2. There are some really cute papers in this stack. I think you will like them when you see them.

It is hard to put down the Christmas sets. It seems like they're here and then one day, you don't use them anymore. Although you can still stamp an adorable bear out of the cookie cutter set.

Both ladies are moving as well, but will still be by for lunch. One is moving and staying. She will have a place here in town for when they come to visit the kids and grands, but also have a farm in Arkansas where they will be spending time. The other is moving about 2 hours away to Prescott (pronounced Press-kit) and she'll come down whenever we have a workshop or stamp-a-stack or lunch!
