A Card for my Mother-in-law

Hmmm... this was supposed to post on Sunday, but here it is still waiting to go.

This beautiful card is for my Mother-in-law's birthday on Monday.  I know I'm safe to post it because computers are evil and she won't see it!  LOL

This was so fast and simple to put together and with the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper, it comes out beautifully.

Base:  Watermelon Wonder - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Mossy Meadow - 5 1/4" x 4"
Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper - 5" x 3 3/4"

Tag - Whisper White - 4" x 2" - punched with Scallop Tag Topper
Stamp Set - Birthday Blossoms
Ink - Watermelon Wonder
Linen Thread

I think she'll really like it - she likes pretty flowers and she loves getting hand made pretties!

Thank you for looking in today.  May you have a Blessed Week!

  1. Love the card, so pretty and springy. After the cold weather and snow I bet my step mother-in-law would like a bit of fun in the way of flowers. Thanks for the measurements and what you used! I will be CASing this! I have a pack of Mossy Meadow on order with my local demo so I can whip out a few of these. Her birthday is in November so she is not used to getting springy cards from me. Maybe it will say Hello instead on it. Thanks for the fun inspiration!

  2. I bet your step-mother-in-law would like a "just because" card now, while it is cold and wintery. Springy and flowery cards are fun year round!

I try to always provide my card measurements to make it easy to copy and share. Enjoy making this one and many others!
