Build a Birthday With Washi

This is a quick little card using Cherry on Top Washi Tape.  I'm doing a workshop in the mail to a group from Southern Arizona and since I can't make it down there this time, I'm making up the kits and sending them down.  With full instructions, of course!  They'll have the stamps and inks so once the kits arrive, they can put them together as a group.

I just love the bright colors in this stack.  So pretty and colorful!

Recipe:
Whisper White Thick Cardstock - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Bermuda Bay - 5 1/4" x 4"
Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper (retiring) 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"
Bermuda Bay - 4 3/8" x 3 3/8"
Whisper White - 4 1/4" x 3 1/4"

Ink - Watermelon Wonder, Memento Black

Cherry On Top Washi Tape (retiring)

Thank you for looking in today.  Taking hubby to the doctor this morning with some knee issues.  Say a little prayer the doctor can give him some relief from the pain.

Happy Thoughts!   ~ Donna

  1. Cute card. Sounds like fun the group thing, not going to the doctor! I like using washi tape but don't use it a lot. I guess I don't have that much of it anyway now. It works perfect on this card as the cake layers.

Well, tomorrow is my right eye surgery. Looking forward to having it over with. I visited the office yesterday where I worked after my much needed hair appt. Most of them really missed me it seemed. Of course it was the billing day and a mess and could have used more help. Too bad. Do I miss the place, NOPE!

Well, Mike is back and I need to pack up Teddy's dog food and get him ready to go to camp to be boarded for a few days. Chat later!

    1. Good luck on your surgery tomorrow! I hope you get to see this before you leave. I've spent the day (after hubby's doctor visit) scrubbing the dining room (aka craft room) carpet which required throwing out a lot of scraps and organizing first just so we could move the table. Glad that's done!

I don't use Washi Tape as much as I should. I buy it and then forget to use it! LOL
