Berry Beautiful and Free

Less than a week left to get this great stamp set and beautiful designer series paper.  This is a double, so instead of spending $50.00 for this Sale-a-bration freebie, you need to spend $100.00 (before shipping and tax) but believe me, the paper is worth it and stamps are a great addition to your collection!

I made this one for our friends' upcoming anniversary.

Recipe:

Basic White Thick cardstock - 4 1/4" x 11", scored and folded at 5 1/2"

Pacific Point - 4" x 5 1/4"

Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper - 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"

Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon

Rhinestone Basics - colored with Light Night of Navy (it was the only blue I had)

Remember to decorate your envelope!

Soon it will be time for color changes and retirement, so if you find any of your stamp pads needing a little extra love (refill), be sure to order those refills now.  There is always a run on them at the end of the year, so you won't want to miss out!  You can see here it was time for re-inking my Pacific Point.  The lower left was before re-inking and the upper was after.  So much nicer after a freshen up!

Beautiful Anniversary

Several Anniversaries this month that require something pretty, so I made a few of these to have on hand.  I'm really tickled with how they turned out and they were really very quick to do.

Recipe:

Mango Melody - 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Grapefruit Grove - 4" x 5 1/4"
Whisper White - 3 3/4" x 5"
Whisper White - 4" x 5 1/4" (inside panel)

On the smaller Whisper White, I began by stamping the flowers from Beautiful Friendship.  I used Blushing Bride for the small roses, Mango Melody for the large flowers on the top, Calypso Coral for the centers and the fern looking flowers.  The leaves were stamped with Mossy Meadow.  The center was left open for the sentiments.

The sentiments came from Beautiful Bouquet and were stamped on Whisper White using Mossy Meadow ink, then punched out with the Story Label Punch.  I punched additional pieces out of Mossy Meadow to place behind the sentiments to help them pop out a bit.

What do you think of these colors together?

Thank you for looking in today!  It may be Monday, but it's a holiday from work which means lunch with the girls!

Magnolia Anniversary

A beautiful Magnolia for my wonderful Aunt and Uncle celebrating their anniversary later this week.  Even though I've made a few of these magnolias, I think this is the first of the big ones I've colored and die cut, but hey, I can't remember what I had for breakfast most days!

Recipe:
Whisper White Thick cardstock - 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Petal Pink - 4" x 5 1/4
Whisper White - 3 3/4" x 5" - embossed with Country Floral*

* a tip to make this embossing folder even more beautiful, spritz it with a little Frost White Shimmer Paint in a Stampin' Spritzer .  Fill with water or rubbing alcohol and a couple of drops of shimmer.  When the paper has a bit of moisture to it, the emboss is even more intense and the Shimmer gives it shine!

Magnolia stamped with Memento Black and colored with Petal Pink Stampin' Blends combo and Old Olive Combo.  The center is colored with Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends and the stem with Soft Suede.

Thank you for looking in today!  It's a Tuesday!
