Birthday's Are Peachy

Another peachy birthday card made the same time as the one from earlier this week.  It may be fall everywhere else in the US, but in Phoenix, it is beautiful spring-like weather and that calls for sweet peaches and celebrating birthdays!

Recipe:

Whisper White - 5 1/4" x 4" (times 2 - one for inside)

Whisper White - 4" x 2"
Fruit Stand - scrap
Peekaboo Peach - Sunshine Wishes Thinlit - Flower
Cucumber Crush - Hello You Thinlits - "happy"
"birthday" stamped with Endless Birthday Wishes - Cucumber Crush

Don't you just love these pretty colors together?  So fresh and cheerful!

Thank you for checking in today.  I'd love to hear from you - could you take a minute to say hello?

Stamps - Endless Birthday Wishes

Notice how much difference you can get depending on where you put the flower panel.  I didn't realize it until I took the pictures, but then it really stood out.

Thank you for looking in today.  If you have a minute, I'd love it if you would leave a comment.  I always enjoy hearing from readers.

Happy Tuesday!

Happy Birthday Mom

Today is my Mother-in-law's birthday and I wanted to be sure she had an extra beautiful card for her and just knew I had to use the Painted Blooms Designer Series Papers.

I just love how this turned out.  It took a while to figure out the measurements I wanted to use, but I came up with this.  To make it easier for you - I'm going to include the measurements at the end of this post.

The inside is blank now... but it fills up later.  You'll see.

Inside I stamped "... and many more" from And Many More.

and then we signed the card - ready for delivery.  Oh, and our furbabies too!  See, I told you it would fill up!  Mom loves the furbabies as much as the regular grand babies, so they had to "sign" in too.  Sadly the paw prints are SU stamps, but they are definitely in my collection!

Here you will see the stack of note cards I made for Mom's birthday.  Be sure to come back tomorrow when I will share more about the note cards.

Speaking of tomorrow - PLEASE be sure to come back and see my post.  I've been asked to be part of a bit of a blog hop and tomorrow is my day for posting.  I'll also have some other stampers I've nominated to blog NEXT Monday.  They are terrific stampers.  You just need to be sure to come back tomorrow and check us out!

Thank you for looking in today!

A Birthday Star!

Time for a birthday card for a guy friend!  I should have probably mailed this sooner with so many things being mailed this time of year, but I think it will arrive in time!  (fingers crossed)

This was a quick and simple card.  It actually took longer to die cut the stars than putting it together.

For the stars, I used the star die from the Circle Card Thinlits (133480).  My star punch was too small and sadly I don't have the Stars Framelits (133723), but I still would have had to cut one at a time since the glimmer paper is a little thick to do 2 at a time.

The "happy birthday" is from Endless Wishes (137553) Photopolymer Stamps.  Did You Know... you can find all of our Photopolymer Stamps by clicking on the link at the top of my blog "Photopolymer Clear Stamps".  Since Stampin' Up! releases new sets from time to time, they aren't all available in the catalog, so be sure to check them out.

Our newest set is Snuggles and Smooches.  Valentine's Day will be here before we know it!

I added a little something extra to the envelope (even though it's hard to see the envelope with my white background - sorry!).  Also from the Endless Wishes set.  So many things to be done with that great set!

I cut the card at 11 x 4 1/4 and scored it at 5 1/2 folding at the top.  This way I could wrap the ribbon around the card.  The ends of the ribbon are covered by the star panel.  Tricky, right?

The stars are popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals as is the star panel.  Inside it says "celebrate" also with the Endless Wishes stamps.

Thank you for looking in today.  This is my last day "off" from the office, so back to the grind on Friday... except it's our Office Christmas Party, so it will be a fun fun day!  Besides, I need to get back to the office to rest.  Three days at home running errands, finishing shopping and making cookies and treats (which will be done today) is wearing me out!  ha ha ha!

Have a Happy Thursday!

Thank You Mystery Shopper!

Before I share today's card, I want to share a great BIG THANK YOU to a Mystery Shopper who went shopping on my website on Monday.  I had a wonderful email telling me I had an order placed by a customer who chose to use the "no contact" button.  Since I don't know who you are, I can't give you a personal thank you, but I want you to know how grateful I am for your purchase!

If you change your mind about being a "no contact" you can contact Stampin' Up! Customer support at 1-800-STAMP UP (1-800-782-6787) and let them know.  Either way, you are awesome and you made my day!  Thank you!

Today's card is another fun card for me to color.  Have I mentioned how much I love coloring with my Blendabilities?  I think my favorite colors have to be the Rich Razzleberry and the Cherry Cobbler seen here.  Inside the center I used Calypso Coral.  It really looks really good with the Cherry Cobbler, don't you think?

The base of the card is also Cherry Cobbler and I matted the Whisper White with Calypso Coral to bring out the color from the center.

The sentiment stamp is from Endless Birthday Wishes (inside and outside sentiments).  I love the handwritten font of this stamp set!

Thank you for looking in today.  I hope you find inspiration on my blog.  If you do, leave a comment, I love to hear from you!

Happy Tuesday and Happy Stamping!

Happy Birthday Hubby!

Hubby's birthday is today, so he's getting a quick and easy card - because I have to make it when he's not wandering through my crafting area.  LOL  Can't let him see it before tomorrow morning.

I've used a couple of different sets here and really like how it turned out.

The cake comes from the new Photopolymer set - Endless Birthday Wishes and the sentiments come from Something to Say - available in the new catalog!
