Mother's Day Poppies

Even though my Mom is in Heaven, I still have "other" Mom's who very important to me.  So this card is for one of them.  It's my first card using our new Blendabilities.  I'm really enjoying playing with them and I'm hoping you'll love them too!

You can start ordering them beginning June 2nd.  If you'd like a catalog to start picking out your favorites, let me know.  If you don't already have a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I'll be happy to send you a catalog of your very own.

For your convenience, just click on any of the pictures below and you can shop online at my Stampin' Up! store.

If you still have your Mom, be sure to cherish her and any time you can spend with her.

Thank you for looking in.  Have a great Mother's Day weekend!

Pleasant Poppies Birthdays

This is going to be a fast post as it's been a LONG, LONG day and this old girl's bones are ready for bed!  (yes, I write and schedule these to post in the morning, before going to bed the night before.)

Today is my sister-in-law's 50th birthday!  Yikes!!!  So a pretty card is needed, don't you think.  I thought about doing something funny, but I'm not sure she's crazy about turning 50, so figured I'd go with some pretty poppies instead.

This was really very simple and I really like how it turned out.  Two of my favorite colors together are Baked Brown Sugar and Crisp Cantaloupe, so I thought they would really go well for this card concept.

Stamps well With Others Recipe:

Thank you for looking in today.  The weekend is closer, won't be long now!

Have a great day!
