No Chocolate? No Way!

Nothing's Better Than... Chocolate!  Especially now being trapped inside.  Trapped not just to be safe with all this social distancing stuff, but trapped by choice because Arizona has just been TOO HOT to go outside this summer. 

So when we ordered delivery of lunch or dinner, I made sure to have a little treat waiting for the delivery person (besides their tip of course).  They've been thrilled with the sweet little surprise waiting for them.

These are so easy to make, I bet you'll be able to whip some up in no time at all!

Recipe:
Playing with Patterns Designer Series Paper - 6" x 6"
Score at 2 1/4", 2 1/2", 4 3/4" and 5"
Whisper White - die cut with Stitched So Sweetly

Stamps:  Nothing Better Than
Inks:  Early Espresso, Crumb Cake

Add a piece of ribbon of your choice and add Stampin' Dimensionals to the back of your sentiment, remembering to keep them from being placed on the ribbon so you can move it back and forth.

Varied Vases - Going Soon

This set, Varied Vases, was designed by Mary Fish as her $1,000,000 sales achievement.  I'm really sorry to see it going away so soon.  It hasn't been used nearly enough.  Same is true for Vibrant Vases which is also retiring.  The good thing however, is that the punch, Vases Builder, that goes with it is NOT retiring, so you can still punch pretty vases and flowers.

On Friday, I watched Ronda Wade do a live workshop and this is one that she made.  I made two different sizes on the die cut.

Recipe:  
Mango Melody - 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Mango Melody - 4" x 5 1/4"
Whisper White - die cut with Stitched So Sweetly rectangles (I used the 2nd and 3rd down from the largest)
Whisper White scraps for stamping the vase - punched with Vases Builder

Healing Poppies

Just found out another friend has been diagnosed with breast cancer and I wanted to send her a pretty card so she knows how much I care.  Cancer is such an ugly disease.  Please pray for those who are afflicted with it in any form.  I completely believe in the power of prayer.

Shiny Gold Birthday Card

How about a beautiful elegant card made with Sale-a-Bration Freebies?  Such a great deal!

Recipe:
Basic Black - 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2" - fold into a "Z"
Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Paper - 2 1/2" x 4" (freebie from Sale-a-Bration)
Gold Foil Paper - 3" x 4 1/4"
Basic Black - Die Cut with Stitched So Sweetly rectangle scalloped die
Very Vanilla - 3" x 4 1/4"

Stamp cake image from Happy Birthday to You (freebie from Sale-a-Bration) with VersaMark onto the black scalloped cardstock and emboss with Gold Embossing Powder.  Adhere to the rectangle Gold Foil paper.

Stamp sentiment onto Very Vanilla cardstock with VersaMark and emboss with Gold Embossing Powder.  Adhere the Very Vanilla to the back of the centering it so it lines up with the cake piece on the front.

Add a bow using Petal Pink Ribbon to the front of the cake plate with a glue dot.

Now, this card will not stand up like a standard card, so don't be surprised at that.  It does lay nicely with the front standing up beautifully!
