Take Out Pumpkin Treats

These little boxes came out so cute!  These little boxes are so easy to make and can be used all year round depending on what you're wanting to make.

Start by cutting two pieces of the Takeout Thinlits Dies (holiday catalog) and carefully crease all of the score lines.  Add Tear and Tape on each flap and on the inside bottom of one piece.

Attach the two pieces together, making sure they are lined up perfectly together.  It will make the box all skiddy-wampus (is that a real word) if you don't have it nice and straight.

One flap at a time, remove the peel off from the Tear and Tape and assemble the box.  Sponge Pumpkin Pie ink around the edges once assembled to give the box a rounded look.  Use either the Sponge Daubers or the Stampin' Sponge.

To make the pumpkin face - use the Spooky Bats Punch (holiday catalog) as shown below.

First punch just up a little on the edge of cardstock.

This is what you will get.

Now slide the punch in just a little farther so that you  keep from punching the "teeth" off of the curves.

Now you will have this.  Trim up the edges if you wish.  Depending on how you layer the punch will depend on how your smile looks.

To get the eyes and the nose - punch all three bats, or just slide in a piece of cardstock and punch just the one that looks like this one below.  I've marked with a white pencil where to cut with your snips.

Here it is snipped apart.  The two ends are the eyes and the middle most piece is the nose (turn it up the other way).

Punch some leaves using the Leaf Punch - I used Garden Green and tie on some Glittered Organdy Ribbon.  Attach with mini glue dots.

This little box will nicely hold 3 mini Reeses' Cups.  You could probably squish in 4, but 3 is perfect.

Thank you for looking in today!  Have a blessed Sunday!
