I was in a coloring mood Wednesday night, so I pulled out my Petal Passion Designer Series Paper and found one to color with my Stampin' Blends. I used Old Olive and Pink Pirouette. Since the paper is a bit busy, I wanted a nice big greeting to go on the front so I chose Thanks for Everything from All Things Thanks.
It is stamped on Whisper White with Memento Black and die cut with Stitched Shapes and a scalloped mat in Basic Black from Layering Ovals.
Recipe:
Basic Black - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Old Olive - 5 1/4" x 4"
Petal Passion DSP - 5" x 3 3/4"
Quick and simple.
Inside - Whisper White - 5 1/4" x 4" and another stamp from All Thing Thanks.

When you can't think of what you want to make, especially after a long day at the office... check out the catalogs and get some inspiration. On page 47 of the 2018 Occasions Catalog, there is a clever "Best Dad Ever" BBQ Apron. If you look close you can see utensils as the background. Well I loved it and decided to run with it. Technically, that was the only thing I CASEd.
Recipe:
Crumb Cake - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Dapper Denim - 5 1/4" x 4"
Crumb Cake - 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"
Apron - Dapper Denim - stamped with Dapper Denim
Apron Pocket - Tutti Frutti DSP (and the neck string)
Stamps: Apron of Love Bundle
Ink: Dapper Denim
Using the Apron Builder Framelits Dies - cut out several sets of the BBQ Tools and then attach them to the smaller piece of Crumb Cake with Tombo Liquid Adhesive. I also placed some tools inside the pocket of the apron.

Spring was in the air around here lately with the peacocks across the street making their spring time song. It sounds like, well, until you've heard it, I can't even explain it! It's quite a ruckus.
Monday however it was COLD here - at least by Phoenix standards - and windy! Oh my goodness the wind was crazy cold.

Whisper White Thick card stock - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Pear Pizzazz - 5 1/4" x 4"
Whisper White (not thick) - 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"
Stamps: Petal Palette
Ink: Pear Pizzazz, Sweet Sugarplum and Memento Black
Stampin' Blends: Light Pumpkin Pie
I really love how the Pear Pizzazz and Sweet Sugarplum go together.
