Snow Way Penguin!

This cute card was fast and easy so cute~  We may not get snow here in Phoenix, but it can't be Christmas without snow, so here it is!


 Recipe:

 Base - Whisper White Thick Cardstock - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
Top Layer - Whisper White Regular Cardstock - 5 1/4" x 4"
Night of Navy - 5 1/4" x 1 3/4"
Designer Series Paper - Season of Cheer 5 1/4" x 1 1/2"
Stamps - Snow Place Bundle with Snow Friends Framelits
Ink:  Memento Black, Night of Navy, Real Red.

I popped up the top layer with Stampin' Dimensionals to give the card a bit of dimension.

    I believe the night of navy and dsp should be 5 1/4 x instead of 4x
