HERE is the ending sentiment below. Isn't that great? I sure thought so. With any luck when you chuck them back, you'll hit something that will make you feel better! Revenge is sweet, or in this case sour!
Below is a different angle so you can see why the added lemon is so bright. I stamped it on Glossy White cardstock and then stamped the sentiment with Momento Black. It's amazing how quickly it dries on the Glossy cardstock.
I also did one on the inside. After seeing how shiny and pretty it was on the front, I was afraid a regular lemon inside would be dull.
Recipe:
Daffodil Delight - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Basic Black - 5 1/4" x 4"
Whisper White - 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"
Inside: Whisper White 5 1/4" x 4"
Randomly stamp the full lemon - once or twice with one inking, then stamp off the rest so that there is only bold lemon.
Thank you for looking in today! Have a blessed Sunday!

When I saw that in the catalog I thought boy, SU is thinking outside the box a bit for them! Of course I thought it was fun. I was amazed at how shiny the lemon is on the glossy cardstock. Your example would make a great showcase for showing the difference in the cardstock! I like how you stamped off for the others too. Fun card. I am always thinking I need some lemonade when I see a card or project made with this set!

Thank you Chris! I see so many possibilities for this stamp set. I love lemon treats, so I could do some cooking and make really awesome labels to go with them.
DeleteI'm with you needing some lemonade to go with this. It made me thirsty!
It's crazy how much brighter the stamping is on the glossy paper. It sure is pretty!
