Each card has all five of the new In Color paper. If you only see four of the five, look closer, the fifth one is the mat! Ta-Da!
Recipe:
Whisper White Thick Cardstock - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
In color Mat - 5 1/4" x 4"
Whisper White - 5" x 3 3/4"
In color Swirly Scribbles - one of each shape and color.
Stamp Set: B.Y.O.P.
I've actually seen a couple of other cards using the Swirly's, but I noticed they were just laying on top of each other. I decided it was more fun to weave them together a bit. It made it a little harder to put adhesive on the back, but it was well worth the sticky fingers!
This one is an "oops" but since I worked 5:30 a.m. to midnight on Tuesday, I'm just too tired to do it over and be able to post. So, pretend like it is filled in ever so beautifully! :) Thanks!
Here's a quick look of all of them together. I think they are really pretty and they can be used for just about anything.
Thank you for looking in today. Happy Thursday!
I like to think that these are the adult version of scribbling! Looks like you were given paper and a new box of crayons and went to town! Love it! The weaving adds a new dimension to them too. Such fun. I sure hope you were compensated for the extra hours you worked. If that was your only good after that long of time you are doing really good. It took me a minute to see what you were talking about with filling it in. Such a fun and clever way of introducing the new colors!

Not much better than a new box of crayons and fresh paper! Well, except maybe a new package of In-Color cardstock and fun Swirly Scribbles!
ReplyDeleteThankfully I earn overtime for my long hours, so it makes it a bit more bearable. I love what I do, so that helps even more!
I agree with both parts! Maybe some new inks or markers too would be good. Hope you get a bit of a rest this weekend.
