Frankie Flips for Halloween

Halloween is only a week away and I was done making Halloween cards... until today, when I saw several adorable cards using the Circle Card Thinlits Die.  Here's one of them - I just couldn't resist giving this guy a try!

Isn't he just adorable!?  Here's how to make him:

Begin with Gumball Green card stock cut at 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" and place it onto the Circle Card Thinlits Die.  You will have left-over card stock - use it for punching out his nose.

Using the 2 1/2" Circle Punch - punch 2 from Whisper White and then using the 1 3/8" Circle Punch - punch out 2 more from Whisper White.  Using the 3/4" Circle Punch - punch out 3 for his eyes from Basic Black.  You'll also punch out 3/4" Circle from the Gumball Green.  Sponge the edges of his nose with Gumball Green too.

Cut a piece of Basic Black 4 1/4" x 1 1/2" and then snip with scissors to make his hair.

Draw on his scar and smile with the Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker and add highlights to his eyes (all three of them) with the White Signo Gel Pen.

I stamped the inside sentiment with Gumball Green from Halloween Hello onto Whisper White.  Punched it out with the 1 1/4" Scallop Circle and punch out a larger scallop from Gumball Green using the 1 3/4" Scallop Circle Punch.

Attach the hair to just the first panel so that you can open the card.

Do you notice anything different about the design of this die cut?  Post a message and let me know if you see it!
